KID syndrome patient with toe walking: a case report

Summary

A 10-year-old boy with KID syndrome experienced new unilateral toe walking. Surgical Achilles tendon lengthening and rehabilitation successfully restored normal gait, indicating surgical intervention may benefit similar cases.
