Dermatomyositis associated with acute myelocytic leukemia

Polymyositis and dermatomyositis are inflammatory muscle diseases linked to cancer. A rare case highlights the co-occurrence of dermatomyositis and acute myelocytic leukemia, with no disease onset delay.
