Increased platelet activation in patients with slow coronary flow

Platelet activation is elevated in patients with slow coronary flow (SCF), indicated by higher mean platelet volume (MPV) and sP-selectin levels. This suggests increased platelet activity contributes to the development of slow coronary flow phenomenon (SCFP).
