Abstract:
The author studied the lipid metabolism in 121 persons with borderline arterial hypertension, in 36 persons with normal arterial pressure without hereditary aggravation for hypertensive disease. It was established that persons with borderline arterial hypertension showed an increase of the level of triglycerides and atherogeneity as compared with normotensive persons without hereditary aggravation for hypertensive disease. Normotensive relatives of patients with hypertensive disease revealed changes of the lipid metabolism analogous with borderline arterial hypertension. Results of phenotyping of dyslipoproteidemias evidence an increase of atherogenic forms of dyslipoproteidemias among persons with borderline arterial hypertension mainly due to IV and hypo-alpha types.
