[Differential diagnostic principles and the classification of infectious-inflammatory diseases of the nervous system]

The author presents data on multifactorial principles of classification and differential diagnosis of infectious-inflammatory diseases of the nervous system with consideration of immune interaction of macro- and microorganisms, local factors of infection and inflammation, etiological principles, microbiological verification, bacteriology. The importance is stressed of pre-etiological diagnosis of the acute period in determining the trends of pathogenetic treatment.
