[Vaccination schedule in Malaga. Differences between the basic health zones of the city]

Vaccination coverages of the children's cohort born in 1988 and 1989 living on the city of Málaga are presented. This coverages are obtained by universal registration of the immunizations. Vaccination coverages were: 87.8% for the first dose of Polio-DTP, 76.4% for the third, 63.8% for triple-virus and 60.5% for Polio-DT. This fall down of coverages in the consecutive doses has been detected as an essential problem. Important differences of coverages are founded between some of the Basic Health Zones of the city. It suggests the utility of an active strategy to join to the Vaccination Program detected risk groups for infantile diseases to low vaccinal coverage.
