Summary

We developed a Gallium Indium Nitride Arsenide (GaInNAs)/Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) semiconductor disk laser. This laser is frequency-doubled to generate visible orange-red light with high efficiency and good beam quality for optical fiber applications.
