Summary

Reconstructing noses with severe defects is challenging. A prefabricated scalping forehead flap with an iliac bone graft offers a successful solution for full-thickness nasal reconstruction, improving both function and appearance.

  • The reconstruction achieved acceptable functional and aesthetic outcomes.

Implications:

  • This technique presents a viable alternative for complex nasal reconstructions involving significant skeletal support loss.
  • It offers a promising approach for improving patient outcomes in challenging cases of nasal deformity.
