Does trainee participation during colonoscopy affect adenoma detection rates?

Trainee involvement in colonoscopies does not significantly impact adenoma detection rates. While a slight trend suggested fewer adenomas were found with trainees, overall polyp detection remained similar, with minor delays observed.
