Summary

A Q-switched neodymium:yttrium-aluminum-garnet Nd:YAG laser at 1064 nm effectively removed red-brown eyebrow tattoos. This treatment avoided paradoxical darkening and resulted in complete pigment clearance without side effects.

  • Complete clearance of the red-brown eyebrow tattoos was achieved after five treatment sessions.
  • No patient downtime, scarring, or pigmentary/textural changes were noted.
