Abstract:
Ewing's sarcoma/primitive neuro-ectodermal tumour on medial end of the left clavicle is a rare site. Here is a case of 16-year-old female presented with gradually increasing swelling at medial end of clavicle, showing osteolytic lesion on x-ray and CT. Cytology showed features of Ewing's sarcoma, but histopathologically diagnosed as poorly differentiated small cell carcinoma. Marker study was carried out, and it confirmed Ewing's sarcoma. After 3 to 6 month of continuous therapy patient presented with axillary lymph node and skull vault metastasis, again a rare site for secondaries in Ewing's sarcoma.
