Ganglioneuroblastoma in a patient with crossed testicular ectopia

Crossed testicular ectopia is an extremely rare congenital disorder in which both testes descend toward the same hemiscrotum. Twenty percent of cases with crossed testicular ectopia are accompanied by urogenital anomalies such as hypospadias, seminal vesicle cysts, renal anomalies associated with obstruction of the ureteropelvic junction, and testicular tumors. In the case reported here, we describe a patient with ganglioneuroblastoma and crossed testicular ectopia.
