Cone-beam computed tomography-guided percutaneous radiologic gastrostomy

Cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) guided percutaneous radiologic gastrostomy (PRG) is a feasible and safe alternative when endoscopic gastrostomy fails. This technique offers detailed imaging for improved planning and successful gastrostomy tube insertion.

- CBCT-guided PRG is a safe, well-tolerated, and effective gastrostomy method when PEG is not feasible.
- CBCT provides detailed epigastric imaging, enhancing PRG procedure planning and execution.
