Summary

Quercetin, a dietary flavonoid, can reduce inflammation caused by environmental pollutants like polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs). This study shows quercetin down-regulates PCB-induced inflammatory gene expression and pathways linked to atherosclerosis.
