Tick-borne lymphadenopathy (TIBOLA), also known as Dermacentor-borne necrosis erythema and lymphadenopathy (DEBONEL), is linked to tick bites. Researchers identified Rickettsia slovaca and Rickettsia raoultii as the causes in most TIBOLA/DEBONEL patients.
