Summary

This study presents a novel fluorescence spectroscopy method for simultaneously detecting toxic catechol and hydroquinone alongside luminescent tyrosine and tryptophan. The PARAFAC algorithm demonstrated superior accuracy and efficiency compared to SWATLD for analyzing these complex mixtures.
