In 1992, 164 severely ill psychiatric patients displaced during the Bosnian War arrived at Tuzla Psychiatry Clinic. Most patients, predominantly Serb and diagnosed with schizophrenia, required extensive care, highlighting wartime impacts on vulnerable populations.
