Renal colic in pregnancy: lithiasis or physiological hydronephrosis?

Diagnosing renal colic is challenging, but left-sided pain may indicate urinary calculi (stones). Enhanced ultrasound improves accuracy, and endoscopic interventions are safe and effective treatments.
