Sigmoid dose using 3D imaging in cervical-cancer brachytherapy

High-dose-rate brachytherapy for cervical cancer requires careful sigmoid dose evaluation due to its close proximity and variable distance from the tandem. Despite this, no severe sigmoid toxicity was observed in this study.
