Agromyces atrinae sp. nov., isolated from fermented seafood

A novel bacterial species, Agromyces atrinae sp. nov., was identified from fermented seafood. This Gram-positive, aerobic rod exhibits unique biochemical properties and represents a new member of the Agromyces genus.

- Strain P27(T) represents a novel species within the genus Agromyces.
- The proposed name for this new species is Agromyces atrinae sp. nov.
- The type strain is P27(T) (=KCTC 19593(T) =JCM 15913(T)).
