Abstract:
Premises of the pyoinflammatory complications of colostomy in patients with tumorous obstructive ileus were analyzed. These were: age >60 years, concomitant diseases, extent of anemia, duration of the operative treatment more then 2,5-3 hours, mass of subcutaneous fat tissue and time before stoma opening.
