Summary

This study reports a rare case of keratoconus (an eye condition) presenting with bilateral horizontal Vogt

  • Keratoconus is a progressive thinning of the cornea, leading to irregular astigmatism.
  • Vogt's striae are fine, stress-induced lines in Descemet's membrane, typically vertical.
  • Horizontal Vogt's striae are exceptionally rare, with only one prior case reported unilaterally.

Observation:

  • A case of keratoconus is presented with a unique finding of horizontal Vogt's striae.
  • These striae were observed bilaterally in both eyes of the patient.
  • Slit-lamp biomicroscopy was utilized for detailed clinical examination.

Findings:
