Multiple Loci within the major histocompatibility complex confer risk of psoriasis

This study identified two new genetic loci, C6orf10 and HLA-B, associated with psoriasis risk within the MHC region, beyond the known HLA-Cw*0602 allele. These findings enhance our understanding of psoriasis genetics and potential therapeutic targets.
