A novel rapid and effective donor arm disinfection method

A new 1-minute chlorhexidine/alcohol applicator (CAA) disinfection method matches the efficacy of a 2-minute iodine-based technique. This rapid donor arm disinfection improves blood donation efficiency and donor experience.
