Summary

Primary hepatic lymphoma (PHL) is a rare condition. This study reviews the imaging characteristics of 12 confirmed PHL cases to improve diagnosis.

Background:

  • Primary hepatic lymphoma (PHL) is an uncommon extranodal non-Hodgkin lymphoma, representing less than 1% of all lymphomas.

Purpose of the Study:

  • To retrospectively analyze and describe the diverse imaging features of pathologically confirmed primary hepatic lymphoma.
  • To correlate imaging findings with pathological diagnoses to aid in the early detection and characterization of PHL.
