Abstract:
For the immunological characterization of human AAP the enzymes of liver, kidney, intestine and placenta were investigated. In the result of the immunodiffusion and the immunoelectrophoresis it was confirmed, that the AAP from human organs have an immunological identity. These findings allow the assumption, that the AAP from different human sources are multiple enzyme forms of one genetically determined molecule.
