Summary
This case report details a rare instance of bilateral lenticulostriate artery (LSA) aneurysms that spontaneously resolved. The aneurysms, initially detected via angiography, disappeared on follow-up imaging.

- External ventricular drainage was performed for hydrocephalus.
- Serial cerebral angiography demonstrated the complete spontaneous disappearance of all three LSA aneurysms after 9 weeks.
Implications:
- This case highlights the possibility of spontaneous regression in LSA aneurysms.
- It suggests a potential non-surgical management approach for select cases of LSA aneurysms.
- Further research is warranted to understand the mechanisms and clinical implications of spontaneous aneurysm resolution.
