Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) priming before controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH) may improve outcomes for women undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF) with previous failures. This approach shows potential for enhanced embryo development and increased pregnancy rates in assisted reproductive technology (ART).
