Background:

Circumcision requires precise incision marking.
Achieving a stable prepuceal surface can be challenging.

Purpose of the Study:

To present a novel method for stabilizing the prepuce prior to circumcision incision marking.
To evaluate the efficacy of surgical gauze packing in improving surgical outcomes.

Main Methods:

Surgical gauze was used as a pack under the prepuceal skin in 20 cases before incision marking.
Prepuceal adhesions were dissected and separated prior to packing.

Main Results:

The packing method created a stable and well-supported prepuceal surface.
This technique facilitated easier and quicker hemostasis.
