  • Gastrotomy created under laparoscopic guidance; gallbladder exposed, clipped, and gastrotomy closed via a 5-mm umbilical trocar.
  • Main Results:

    • Successful cholecystectomy in all five patients with a median operating time of 150 minutes.
    • Transparietal assistance was required in all cases.
    • No intraoperative or postoperative complications were observed.

    Conclusions:

    • The hybrid transgastric cholecystectomy with significant transparietal assistance is currently the safest and most effective method.
    • Further investigation is necessary to address technical aspects and establish the role of this technique in clinical practice.
