Can nasal surgery improve obstructive sleep apnea: subjective or objective?

Nasal surgery improved snoring and daytime sleepiness in adults with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and nasal obstruction. However, polysomnographic parameters showed variable changes after the procedure.
