Endoscopic ultrasonography-guided biliary drainage (EUS-BD) shows promise for treating obstructive jaundice. Procedures like EUS-guided choledochoduodenostomy and hepaticogastrostomy are feasible and safe in experienced centers, with EUS-guided gallbladder drainage also demonstrating high success.
