Abstract:
Iron-BTC aerogels (BTC = 1,3,5-benzene tricarboxylate) with high permanent porosity and total pore volumes of up to 5.6 cm3 g(-1) were obtained in a sol-gel approach followed by supercritical CO2 drying.
