Summary
Complex sleep apnea syndrome (comp. SAS) is a sleep disorder that can worsen with CPAP therapy. While CPAP helped one patient, Adaptive Servo-Ventilation (ASV) was needed for another, showing ASV can be effective for comp. SAS.
