  • The condition presented as multiple well-defined radiolucent bone lesions.

Implications:

  • Multiple intraosseous lipomatosis is a critical differential diagnosis for multiple radiolucent bone lesions.
  • Early diagnosis via MRI is crucial to prevent pathological fractures.
  • Awareness aids clinicians in appropriate diagnosis and management strategies.
