Does low molecular weight heparin shorten term labor?

Dalteparin, a low molecular weight heparin (LMWH), significantly shortened labor time by 30% in pregnant women with thrombotic disorders. This treatment also reduced operative interventions for protracted labor without affecting neonatal outcomes.
