Abstract:
Neurological diseases can be treated more and more by minimal-invasive procedures. Most of them are performed under X-ray control in general anesthesia. In some diseases the minimal-invasive therapy is superior to medical or surgical therapy. In other cases final evaluation can not be made so far. For a successful minimal-invasive treatment a working communication between the involved persons is essential. At least basic knowledge about the underlying disease and the used techniques should be present.
