Purpose of the Study:

To describe the Accelerating Best Care at Baylor (ABC Baylor) program, an educational initiative designed to cultivate rapid-cycle QI.
To highlight the program's role in driving sustained improvements in healthcare settings, including small and rural hospitals.

Main Methods:

The ABC Baylor program teaches healthcare leaders general QI principles and healthcare-specific techniques.
