Association between high molecular weight adiponectin levels and metabolic parameters

High molecular weight (HMW) adiponectin levels were lower in Japanese men than women. These levels were associated with body weight, B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP), and cholesterol, suggesting clinical significance.
