Endovascular management of traumatic thoracic aortic transection

Endovascular stenting offers a promising alternative for treating traumatic thoracic aortic transection, especially in patients with multiple injuries. This minimally invasive approach demonstrated no mortality and low morbidity in a small patient cohort.
