Unilateral Lung Volume Analysis Using Micro-CT for Enhanced Assessment of Pulmonary Fibrosis in Preclinical Models

  • Safety assessed via medical complications; efficacy evaluated through gas trapping, spirometry, diffusing capacity, exercise capacity, dyspnoea, and quality of life measures over 6 months.

    • High-dose BioLVR demonstrated a statistically significant reduction in gas trapping at 3 months.
