Summary

This study shows that valve-sparing repair for Ebstein's anomaly, using novel techniques and selective bidirectional Glenn (BDG) shunts, leads to excellent outcomes. Patients remained acyanotic and in NYHA class I, with high rates of tricuspid valve competence and freedom from prosthetic valves.
