Exploring tobacco harm reduction strategies, this study highlights pharmaceutical nicotine and Swedish snus as promising alternatives to smoking. Increased snus use in Sweden correlated with reduced smoking and tobacco-related deaths, suggesting policy exploration for safer nicotine products.
