Summary
This case report details a rare occurrence of bilateral angioleiomyoma in the broad ligaments of a 52-year-old woman. These benign tumors highlight the importance of differentiating them from other mesenchymal neoplasms.

- Immunohistochemical staining confirmed tumor cells were positive for alpha-smooth muscle actin, desmin, estrogen receptor, and progesterone receptor.
- The histological features and immunohistochemical profile support the diagnosis of angioleiomyoma.
Implications:
- This case suggests angioleiomyoma should be recognized as a distinct variant of leiomyoma within the female genital tract.
- Accurate differentiation from other vascular mesenchymal neoplasms is crucial for appropriate clinical management.
