Detection of ischemic electroencephalography changes during carotid endarterectomy using synchronization likelihood

Synchronization likelihood (SL) analysis of electroencephalography (EEG) did not effectively detect cerebral ischemia during carotid endarterectomy. This method is not suitable for monitoring anesthetized patients for brain ischemia.
