Wrist injuries, including carpal dislocations, can result from significant trauma.
Simultaneous dislocation of the lunate and scaphoid is exceptionally rare, with limited documented cases.

Observation:

A patient sustained a fall resulting in complete dislocation of both the lunate and scaphoid bones.
The scaphoid bone was observed to be completely extruded from the wrist joint at the time of initial assessment.

Findings:

This represents a unique case of simultaneous complete lunate and scaphoid dislocation.
The patient underwent a proximal row carpectomy as the chosen surgical intervention.
