Summary

Lipoprotein(a) apheresis using the Lipocollect 200 adsorber effectively reduced Lp(a) and LDL cholesterol in patients with progressive coronary heart disease. The reusable adsorber demonstrated good biocompatibility and efficacy over 50 treatment sessions.
