Role of spinning top urethra in dysfunctional voiding

Spinning top urethra (STU) in children is linked to recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs) and vesicoureteral reflux (VUR). This condition may stem from a neurogenic defect affecting bladder-sphincter coordination.
