Summary

Low-dose dopamine (LDD) did not improve kidney function in kidney transplant recipients. LDD was associated with increased heart rate, longer ICU stays, and higher mortality rates.

  • LDD use was linked to adverse effects, including elevated heart rate, prolonged ICU stay, and increased 6-month mortality.
