Summary

Dietary probiotics partially mitigated growth reduction in broiler chicks experiencing the acute phase response (APR) induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Probiotic supplementation improved feed intake recovery, showing a trend toward better body weight gain despite LPS-induced inflammation.
